This is How I Roll
When I wake up, I always wash my face with the soft foam of Benefit’s Foamingly Clean Facial Wash and, in the mornings when I have some time to spare, instead of using my fingertips to massage I use the facial cleansing brush Luna 2 by Foreo: it’s like exercising, but for your face!
Then (often, although not always) I softly brush a cotton pad with some Vichy Purifying Astringent Oil to purify and soothe the skin, all before the moisturizer: the Vineactiv 3 in 1 Moisturizer di Caudalie, which is light but boosts the skin!
In the evening, instead, I take off my makeup with a cotton pad with some Essential Micellar Water by Comfort Zone on it, which removes easily even the mascara without rubbing too much on the eye.
Then I go over with some cleansing facial foam by Benefit and I apply five drops of Overnight Detox Oil by Caudalie (it smells so good and relaxing). Then, I finish off with the Normaderm Nuit Detox by Vichy, which really makes the difference.
Once every two weeks or so, I apply a purifying face mask, usually the Pure Clay ones by L’Orèal Paris, leaving it according to the free time I have or to the needs of my skin.

Never Again
I’ll never, ever forget again to put sunscreen on eyelids and feet: I was 16 when I did it in Africa and I got sunburned.
But, also, I regret doing curls à la Shirley Temple and shaving my eyebrows a little bit too much.

Favourite On Screen Look
Keira Knightley in all her historical dramas (well, except for the curls).
Then Jessa from “Girls” and Margot Tenenbaum from “The Royal Tenenbaums”: such a minimal but noticeable makeup.
PS…
As any other beauty editor, I’m not faithful to my beauty products and I keep changing and experimenting new ones!
However, I did realize that I could recycle the most beautiful packages, and I turned them into vases for plants and flowers.
Here in the picture, there’s my former skincare routine, along with a Caudalie perfume that I bought last Summer.
