What
Red Carpet Look for Florence Pugh.
When
The British Independent Movie Awards in London, 10th of December 2017.
Inspiration
Florence wanted a slightly punk-rock Smokey Eye for her look, since her Miu Miu dress was so feminine and pretty and we didn’t want to go too soft and delicate with her hairdo and makeup.
Think of it as Punk Rock fairy!
The Skin
Florence Pugh MakeUp
I prepped the skin using Omorovicza Omoressence and, then, I enhanced Florence’s already dewy and gorgeous skin with Omorovicza Complexion Corrector primer and Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder foundation in 4.
The Cheeks
Florence Pugh MakeUp
For the cheeks, I used Chanel Blush in Hyperfresh, which is a hot pink shade, on the apple of the cheeks.
After that, I highlighted her cheekbones with Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer in 002, which is a great shade for paler and pink toned skin.
The Eyes
Florence Pugh MakeUp
I created a classic winged smokey eye using the Chanel Architectonic palette and filling in the middle section with the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Kitten Karma.
After that, I groomed Florence’s brows with Glossier Boy Brow in transparent and used the Diorshow Black Kohl Pencil along Florences lower and upper lashline.
Then, I applied lots of Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara in and below her lower lashes to give extra “smolder”, along with some Eylure False Lashes in both individual and triple lashes to give more intensity.
The Lips
Florence Pugh MakeUp
The Lips were obtained with Charlotte Tilbury Nude Kate, which I mixed with Rouge Dior Lipstick in 365.
The Must-Haves for this look:
– Omorovicza Omoressence
– Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer
– Architectonic Eyeshadow Palette Chanel
– Eylure Individual False Lashes Ultra
Your Beauty Secret to Share
My favorite Red Carpet Looks, sometimes, are the ones when you want to show a bit of the client’s personality with the makeup and, also, to have fun with it.
Florence knew exactly the direction she wanted to go and she wanted to have a bit of fun with the makeup and hairstyle, which stopped the look from being too perfect and princess like.
