Rediscovering the beauty of sharing and adapting it to the modernity.
This is the aim of the SS21 collection of N°21 by Alessandro dell’Acqua.
Emphasizing natural beauty between contemporary and immortality.
This is the aim of the beauty look made by Patrick Glatthaar with Kiko Milano products for the SS21 collection of N°21.
Together, these inspirations and wills turned the beauty backstage into a place where the essential becomes the must-have for the next season. And for the following one. And for the one after that.
Without forgetting a touch of creativity, of course.
THE COLLECTION
With this collection, which combines both menswear and womenswear, N°21 presents genderless fabrics, shapes, and colors, aligned with the canons of linearity and geometric rigor that have always distinguished the designer’s guidelines. From the white that opens the show and fades into black, purple, and green, to the details in feather and transparency, going through PVC, checked fabrics and precious inserts, day and night, woman and man, walk together, in a triumph of asymmetrical modernity that goes from one wardrobe to another, from one occasion to another, with a natural fluidity.

THE MAKEUP LOOK
The makeup look, created by Patrick Glatthaar and his team with Kiko Milano products, plays with the main concepts of naturalness and brightness as well, starting with the skin, prepared for a healthy, fresh, and timeless finish. The makeup recalls and emphasizes this desire for simplicity, the truest form of beauty: to enhance the gaze, although still in harmony with the rest, is the touch of lightness in the inner eye’s corner.
The hair looks, made by Toni&Guy, reflect the essential, balanced and flawless inspiration of the collection and makeup: the simple look of hairstyles, both for women and for men, wants to emphasize the naturalness and shine of the hair, creating a fluid and contemporary movement.
It is an extremely natural and summery look, perfect to be flaunted both in everyday life and for an evening occasion, and by all women, always. This mood perfectly fits with that of the show, where neat lines are dominant as if they were spokesmen for this trend, which could now be defined as consolidated, and that sees beauty and fashion intertwined, inspiring each other and merging in the name of minimalist elegance.
The one that everyone likes, and that suits everyone.
THE MUST-HAVES
The key products for such a fresh makeup were: the Smart Concealer Palette, to cover the small imperfections while maintaining a natural effect, lips defined with the Creamy Colour Comfort Lip Liner n.309 and slightly colored with Velvet Passion Matte Lipstick n.319 or n.328 for a vivid touch, the Eyebrow Designer, the Eyebrow Fibers Coloured Mascara, and the Water Eyeshadow n.232 silver eyeshadow used to make the messy touch of light in the inner corner of the eye, which gives brightness to the gaze and to the whole look.

THE KEY MAKEUP ARTIST
The expert who told us everything about the mood and the steps to get this look was the key makeup artist of the show, Patrick Glatthaar. He works between Paris and Berlin and, throughout his career, he has collaborated with photographers such as Jonas Lindstroem, Mert and Marcus and Vito Fernicola, taking part in the creation of editorials and campaigns for brands the likes of Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry and Zara.
